BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) today announces the appointment of four Chief Investment Officers, effective 1st September 2026 and reporting to Rob Gambi, Global Head of Investments of BNP Paribas Asset Management.
These appointments strengthen the firm’s fund management and solution capabilities, as it enters its next growth phase and accelerates the execution of its 2030 AMplify strategic plan1.

Biographies
Guy Davies – Deputy Global Head of Investments, Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Fundamental Active Equity
Guy Davies is CIO and Global Head of Fundamental Active Equity since 2016 and, in addition to this role, Deputy Global Head of Investments since March 2022. He joined BNPP AM in 2008 via the acquisition of IMS Limited. Previously, he was a Founding Partner and co-Chief Executive at MM Asset Management. He began his career at Mercer Investment Consulting.
Olivier de Larouzière – Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Fixed Income
Olivier de Larouzière is CIO and Global Head of Fixed Income, as well as a Board Executive of BNPP AM Europe. He joined BNPP AM in 2019. His previous roles include co-CIO of Fixed Income at Ostrum Asset Management (rebranded as Natixis Asset Management), and several positions as Portfolio Manager at Crédit Lyonnais Asset Management and Ecureuil Gestion (Caisse d’Epargne).
Laurent Clavel – Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Multi-Asset
Laurent Clavel is CIO and Global Head of Multi-Asset. He joined BNPP AM following the acquisition of AXA IM in 2025. He held several positions at AXA IM such as Global Head of Multi-Asset and before that Head of the Quant Lab and Head of Macroeconomic Research. He started his career at French Ministry of Finance (INSEE, Treasury, Budget).
Robinson Rouchié – Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Systematic & Quantitative Investments
Robinson Rouchié is CIO and Global Head of Systematic & Quantitative Investments (‘SQI’). He joined BNPP AM in 2020 as Chief of Staff to the Chief Investment Officer. Prior to this, he held various positions in several divisions of the BNP Paribas Group including Investment Banking division, Wealth Management and CIB, where he was Chief of Staff to CIB Americas’ CEO, leading and executing key strategic projects across the region (US, Canada, LatAm).
