AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) was acquired by BNP Paribas Cardif, the insurance subsidiary of BNP Paribas on 1 July 2025.

On the 12 February 2026, the AXA IM UK and BNPP AM UK websites merged and are now operating as one unified platform. While the brands have been aligned to use the BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) name, the legal entity name in the UK remains as AXA Investment Managers UK Limited for the time being.

Over the course of the year, we will be changing our fund names and the name of the UK legal entity (which acts as manager of the UK funds). We will aim to keep you fully informed of any changes that might affect you.
