Our approach
CSR is a critical tool for embedding sustainability across the company and supporting the delivery of our wider strategy. It reflects our conviction in aiming to deliver sustainable and resilient outcomes, we must operate responsibly, invest in our people, act with integrity and contribute to society.
We aim to build clear differentiators – ambitious corporate sustainability commitments, a robust sustainability training programme, an impact-driven philanthropy approach, and transparent reporting aligned with evolving market expectations.
“CSR contributes to the development of a culture of sustainability, which helps deliver our business strategy more effectively.”

Our Corporate Social Responsibility framework
The BNP Paribas Asset Management CSR framework is built around three key priorities.
Acting with transparency
and accountability
Robust governance, clear oversight and open reporting are critical to build trust.
Oversight is embedded in our sustainability governance framework, including senior-level review of priorities, implementation and performance, supported by close coordination across functions. Transparency is essential, so stakeholders can see how we define, implement and monitor our commitments.
Maximising the positive
impact of our operations
Managing our environmental footprint, supporting community programmes and encouraging employee engagement.
Our goal is to improve the energy efficiency of our operations, use more renewable or low-carbon electricity, manage resources more responsibly and reduce waste. We also aim to contribute to our communities through our impact-driven philanthropy programme and encouraging our employees to volunteer.
Embedding sustainability into our culture to drive action
So that employees understand our goals, develop the right capabilities and can contribute meaningfully to delivery.
To deliver our strategy, our team needs to understand our sustainability ambitions and translate them into day-to-day decisions and actions. Effective ESG integration requires employees to be equipped with the skills they need to perform in their roles.
