Virginie Korniloff was appointed Head of individual Development and Distribution at BNP Paribas’ IPS division in 2021. She joined the BNP Paribas Group in 1989 as part of the financial management team and has served in a range of roles including head of Insurance M&A, COO Financial and Corporate Coverage at BNP Paribas CIB, Head of Business Development Europe for International Financial Services at Group, and over 13 years at BNP Paribas Cardif including almost a decade as COO. Virginie is a graduate of France’s National Institute of Telecommunications.
