Pierre began his career in 1997 with BNP Paribas’ Corporate and Investment Banking division as a proprietary trader in equity derivatives. In 2002, he joined BNP Paribas’ General Inspection department and became head of mission 2004.
In 2006, he moved to BNP Paribas Asset Management and took responsibility for the financial engineering.
In this role, he oversaw the development of quantitative models and participated in the development of new investment solutions. His team also conducted academic research, publishing papers in a number of professional journals. This research contributed to the improvement of investment management processes across BNPP AM.
In 2013, Pierre became Head of Marketing, Innovation & Research. In doing so his area of responsibility was broadened to include the promotion of the firm’s range of collective investment vehicles to distributors, management of the product range and development of digital tools.
In October 2016, Pierre integrated BNP Paribas Asset Management’s Executive Committee as Global Head of Products and Strategic Marketing. Pierre and his teams particularly inspire and drive projects putting sustainability and technology forefront of the strategy of the company.
Pierre studied at the Ecoles Centrale in Lyon and Paris.
