Hélène Leclerc has a career spanning almost six decades, with experience in audit, internal control, banking governance and asset management. She has led internal audit teams worldwide for BNP Paribas Group, supervising up to 650 auditors in more than 50 countries. She was also a director of the IFACI and chair of international audit committees. After retiring she was appointed an independent director of BNPP AM in the early 2010s. Hélène has been Chair of the BNPP AM Compensation Committee since its creation in 2015 and a member of its Audit Committee.
