He was also Chairman of AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd and AXA Investment Managers GS Ltd, the Chairman of Merchants Trust Plc and Chairman of Aveni Ltd. With four decades in asset management, Colin has previously served as a non-executive director of Rathbones Group Plc and Rathbones Investment Management Limited, executive director at Standard Life Investments and executive director at Standard Life Plc. He was previously at S.G. Warburg & Co, Mercury Asset Management and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers for nearly 20 years.
