SFDR
The Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) came into force on the 10th of March 2021. All financial entities who sell products into the EU have to classify the products they manufacture or advise on into three categories:
- Products with a sustainable investment objective (Article 9)
- Products promoting environmental or social characteristics (Article 8)
- Non-sustainable products (Article 6)
