Summary of investor rights – May 2022

This document was implemented by BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT France, Belgian branch (hereafter « the Company») and is a summary of the main rights of existing or potential investors (hereafter « the Investors») according to the provisions of the European Regulation regarding the cross-border distribution of undertakings for collective investment (Regulation (EU) 2019/1156). This document is not intended to present an exhaustive list of all the rights available to Investors in connection with undertakings for collective investment (CIUs). This document does not replace the information contained in the prospectus and/or the offering document (hereafter the “Prospectus”), the Key Investor Information Documents (KIID) or any other document relating to CIUs. These rights may include:

  • The right to attend and vote at general meetings

Each Investor has the right to attend in person or by proxy and to vote at general meetings of shareholders when the CIUs are constituted as a company.

  • The right to a dividend

In the cases referred to in the Prospectus, and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulation in force, each Investor is entitled to a proportional share of the CIUs’ income, according to the terms set out in the Prospectus which can be found on the website in the section “our funds”.

  • Right to receive information

Each Investor has the right to receive certain information on CIUs. This information is gathered in the CIUs’ information documents (Prospectus, KIID, periodic reports, or any other document relating to CIUs),   which can be found on the website in the section“our funds”, as well as through additional data available upon request.

  • Right of redemption

Each Investor has the right to ask the repurchase of the CIUs in which he is invested subject to the conditions of the redemption procedure as set out in the Prospectus, which can be found on the website in the section“our funds”.

  • Right to data confidentiality

The data confidentiality policy is available in the personal data confidentiality charter which can be found on the website under the heading “BNP Paribas – Personal data confidentiality charter” (https://group.bnpparibas/uploads/file/bnpparibas_personal_data_privacy_charter.pdf).

  • Right to protection of personal data:

​Each Investor has personal data rights, including a right of access and rectification and, in certain circumstances, a right to object to the processing of personal data. The policy on the protection of personal data and the contacts are available on the website in the section “Data protection notice”.

  • Right of complaint

Each unsatisfied Investor has the possibility to file a complaint free of charge with the complaints department of BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Belgian branch (at the address AMBE.Complaints@bnpparibas.com) which will be followed up within 5 days business days. A complaint can also be addressed to the Ombudsman in Financial Disputes (via the site www.ombudsfin.be), an independent non-profit organisation acting as a Financial Services Mediation Service.
